A Campbell Electrical Services Ltd was established in 2002 by Aonghas Campbell and has grown to be one of the largest electrical contractors in the Western Isles. In April 2023 we moved into our new purpose built office and showroom at 70 Anderson Road, Stornoway.
We offer a wide range of services including New Builds & Rewires, Domestic repairs and testing, Solar & Battery Storage, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Landlord Inspections, Fibre Cable Installations, Automatic Door Servicing, Stairlift Installations, Industrial Installations & Repairs, Street Lighting Installations, Repairs and Testing, Navigational Aids Repairs & Testing, Domestic & Industrial Appliances and repair agents for Bosch, Neff, Siemens, Hotpoint, Whirlpool and Indesit.
Our employees are all SJIB trained and registered. We are NICEIC Approved Contractor’s, NICEIC Hazardous Areas and SELECT Approved Contractor’s.
Our aim is to continue to train apprentices within our local area to keep these key skills within the Western Isles. Our apprentice’s have been very successful over the last 5 years, with 2 having been selected for the prestigious World Skills UK excellence at work competition. Both made it to the final 8 in the UK in 2022 and 2024 after being successful in the Scottish Heats. In 2022 at Middlesbrough College and then at Tottenham Stadium our apprentice received a silver medal for the UK contingent. Showcasing that our apprentice’s are being trained to the highest level.
